Love sushi? Or just want to try something new? Give Intoku Pan Asian & Sushi Café in Windsor a go.

Situated directly opposite Windsor Castle, it couldn’t be in a more convenient spot for a visit. Unassuming on the outside with a narrow shopfront, we entered and were seated in their upstairs dining area.

At first glance, an aesthetic perfect for selfies, with their own flower wall complete with neon light, we were interested to see what their main offering was like.

Being relatively experienced Japanese food eaters, we ordered a huge selection of interesting dishes to try out, including:

• Eel nigiri
• Eel uramaki
• Spicy salmon maki
• Chicken Teriyaki steamed bao buns
